Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- Assisting with the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives
- Supporting the PR team in creating engaging content for press releases and social media platforms
- Helping to organize and facilitate training sessions for employees in the Learning & Development department
- Assisting the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Supporting the sales & marketing team in creating presentations and marketing materials using MS PowerPoint
- Collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives and projects
- Contributing to cross-functional teams and gaining exposure to various aspects of the hospitality industry
