- Monthly Stipend – Rs. 12,000 – 12,001
- Duration – 6 Months
- Location – Nirmal, Sirpur-Kaghaznagar
- Last date to Apply – 22 June, 2025
Roles & Responsibilities :
The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –
- Handling customer calls and providing resolutions in coordination with L2 support and engineers.
- Monitoring network and service touchpoints within the designated work area in the NOC.
- Monitoring dashboards and tracking performance KPIs.
- Raising alerts within the team in case of any threshold breaches.
- Monitoring trouble ticket (TT) alerts and addressing basic Level 1 (L1) issues.
- Coordinating with the Circle team for fiber, utility, and other related issues.
- Ensuring customer issues are resolved within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time) and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
- Preparing MIS (Management Information System) reports and conducting analysis to support troubleshooting and the development of NOC operations.
Eligibility Criteria for the Apprenticeship Programme :
- Educational Qualification – Diploma in engineering (preferably in electronics, electrical, or related disciplines)
- Experience – Fresh graduates passed out in 2025/24/23 with above 60%
- Skills – Strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and an interest in building a career in the telecom industry
