- ‣ Assist in the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews
- ‣ Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- ‣ Help maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics to identify trends and improve processes
- ‣ Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and training programs
- ‣ Conduct market research to identify best practices in retail talent acquisition and HR strategies
- ‣ Assist in administrative tasks, including preparing reports and maintaining employee records
- ‣ Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving the recruitment and HR processes
