Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Processing client account modification requests and endorsements received through the CRM
- ‣ Communicating with clients for updates and information gathering
- ‣ Maintaining data integrity in the CRM system
- ‣ Collaborating with Customer Service and Compliance teams
- ‣ Generating reports on account modifications for management
- ‣ Identifying process improvement opportunities
Skills Required :
