1. Engage with customers to understand their sports needs and recommend suitable products.
2. Assist in managing inventory and ensuring products are well-stocked on the sales floor.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing transactions.
4. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.
5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends in the sports industry to better assist customers.
6. Support marketing initiatives and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
