Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms
- ‣ Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- ‣ Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- ‣ Assist in conducting initial phone interviews with candidates
- ‣ Assist in maintaining applicant tracking system and recruitment files
