Roles & Responsibilities :

The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –

  1. Assist with recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for staff.
  4. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
  5. Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
  6. Utilize MS Excel to create reports and analyze HR data for decision-making purposes.
  7. Demonstrate English proficiency in spoken communication while interacting with employees and external partners.
