Roles & Responsibilities :
The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Help organize and coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Assist with performance management processes, including tracking employee evaluations and feedback.
- Utilize MS Excel to create reports and analyze HR data for decision-making purposes.
- Demonstrate English proficiency in spoken communication while interacting with employees and external partners.
