Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Support the onboarding process for new hires, including document collection, background verification, and system updates.
- ‣ Create job descriptions, coordinate, and schedule interviews.
- ‣ Implement processes and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- ‣ Serve as the point of contact for employee queries about policies, benefits, and other HR matters.
- ‣ Assist with the offboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for exiting employees.
- ‣ Track and maintain employee records in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- ‣ Create status reports and dashboards.
- ‣ Support vendor management activities, including maintaining agreements and managing vendor invoices (quoting and checking) using SAP.
- ‣ Gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including onboarding, employee relations, and data management.
- ‣ Work with cross-functional teams and learn about different HR processes.
- ‣ Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
