Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- ‣ Supporting the supervisor with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) initiatives.
- ‣ Assisting in the creation of creative presentations for training programs.
- ‣ Administering pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate learning outcomes.
- ‣ Coordinating with employees to ensure timely completion of performance management systems (PMS).
- ‣ Updating and maintaining accurate data through MIS.
- ‣ Supporting digital learning initiatives and online training sessions.
- ‣ Recording and updating information about online training sessions.
- ‣ Supporting the supervisor in research and benchmarking activities.
- ‣ Coordinating with the IT department for training feedback and attendance.
- ‣ Organizing icebreakers and activities for training programs.
- ‣ Collecting and organizing event photos and presentations.
- ‣ Coordinating with training facilitators to ensure smooth program execution.
- ‣ Designing creatives for pre- and post-program branding, such as flyers and brochures.
