Roles & Responsibilities :
The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –
- Managing core human resource operations such as employee onboarding and offboarding
- Assisting in the preparation of offer letters, induction schedules, exit formalities, and clearance documentation
- Generating HR reports and performing basic data analysis to support management decision-making
- Coordinating with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive employee data and company information at all times
