Roles & Responsibilities :
The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –
- Sourcing CVs through portals
- Coordinating with the consultant on CVs shared, scheduling shortlisted candidates for interview
- Calling documents of shortlisted candidates, verifying the same, and submitting to HR recruiters for offer negotiation
- Releasing offers through the HRMS System
