The roles & responsibilities of the internship are given below –
Customer Engagement
- Welcome customers to the store and understand their requirements.
- Provide product information, explain features, and showcase jewelry pieces.
Sales Achievement
- Assist customers in selecting jewelry as per their preferences.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
Store Presentation
- Ensure jewelry counters are clean, organized, and well-displayed.
- Handle jewelry carefully and follow security guidelines.
Billing & Documentation
- Support in billing, invoicing, and handling payments.
- Maintain records of daily sales and customer interactions.
