Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Assist in Accounts Payable.
- ‣ Post transactions checking to journals, ledgers, and other records with internal software.
- ‣ Prepare analysis of accounts and monitor to ensure payments are up to date.
- ‣ Research and resolve invoice/payment discrepancies and issues.
- ‣ Assist in maintaining vendor files. Correspond with vendors and respond to queries.
- ‣ Assisting in monthly MIS activities, Cashflow, Capex & Opex Exp, and Store petty cash.
- ‣ Carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
- ‣ Timely mail response & solve internal department queries
Skills Required :
The given skills are required for this internship.
- ‣ Accounting
- ‣ Advanced Excel
- ‣ MS-Excel
- ‣ Tally
Who can Apply?
