Roles & Responsibilities :
The daily roles & responsibilities of selected interns include –
- ‣ Center Health – Coverage /Monitor Delinquencies/ Monitor Rosters of CMs
- ‣ Customer escalation/Member ticket closure adherence within TAT
- ‣ Facility and Audit ticket closure adherence within TAT
- ‣ Create dashboards and give daily/weekly visibility for the above metrics and drive adherence with CLMs/CMs
- ‣ Monthly CM Performance analysis – Highlight top and bottom performers
Core Skills :
Candidates should the below core skills –
- ‣ Strong problem-solving skills and data orientation
- ‣ Google Sheets Expertise: Advanced in formulas, pivot tables, automation, and data visualization in Google Sheets.
- ‣ Planning and execution within constraints
- ‣ Influencing skills and stakeholder management(Facilities/HR/Trainer Ops/Safety)
- ‣ High attention to detail
- ‣ Effective communication
